okay…side note: my no soda plan bombed out around the end of the work day, yesterday. i bought an orange soda when presented with the choice between it and lipton sweetened brisk in a can. yeah…like i want sweet tea from a can. give me a frickin' break, people.

i did, somehow, remain caffeine free until today around 3pm when i had some coffee. now, since i broke my soda ban, i'm drinking a coke.

no willpower, i tell ya. i'm a softy. a weakling.
