jesus. i really need to learn to not stay out so late on friday nights. trying to scrape my ass out of bed to be in work by 9am is nearly impossible. like today…i decided not to come in until 10:30. word. now i'm just stuck sitting here, wasting away the next 5 hours before i can go home and take a nap.

saturday afternoon checklist: still tired? check. same headache i've had for the past 3 days? check. stuck at work? damn it…check.

so…last night i got home from work, started burning copies of the march mix and assembling covers, when i realized i didn't have any bubble mailers. this comes as no surprise since i've never had bubble mailers in the first place. so i got ahold of seth and we headed out to wal-mart. i ended up buying all of the cd sized mailers they had (too bad they were manilla…my new mailing labels would have kicked much more ass on white; but still…much ass they be kickin'). seth and i hung out for a while and went over some live stuff he had stored away on some cds (you'll be seeing the results of this sometime soon) and he let me borrow doom generation, since i've never seen it.

why did no one tell me there was a movie where rose mcgowan got naked? thanks a lot, assholes.

and then adam called and i met him up at ramsi's. we hung out there for a while, then headed over to cay-hoots. we hung out for a while when a certain mr. norman showed up. he commented that he was "lookin' for his peeps" because, apparently, matt and paul never ended up over at the back door, stranding neil without a posse. so we sat and shot the shit, me, chris, adam, and neil…until scott showed up.

"yeah…i went to the back door looking for you guys…"

it was one of those nights.

and now i'm stuck here. what a downer.
